Refunds and Exchanges

Items must be returned within 14 days from your delivery date.    A restocking fee of $50 will apply to all returns. This is because we have to wash and restyle ALL returns whether they have been worn or not.   No returns or exchanges on items in the SALE section.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.  Client must pay for their return shipping fees if you decide to ship the item back to us.  You may also request a return label for $15 (this will be deducted from the refund).  Please email sales@worldofwigs.com for a return label.  Exchange orders will be shipped by standard ground shipping, unless otherwise requested by customer. No exceptions will be made for merchandise arriving after the 14 day return period. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags still attached. Wigs and hairpieces must not have been brushed or altered in any manner. Exchanges will not be honored if this policy is not followed.

NOTE: Our in-store policies do not apply to purchases made in our retail store. Please refer to the store policies when purchasing in the retail store. Taxes and Currency

Sales tax will be added for California residents. All prices on this website are in US Dollars.  Sales tax is 9.25% for CA residents.
